Souvenirs non-vécus or “unlived memories”, is a reservoir of images and stories that will never become reality.
Using artificial intelligence to recreate my face, I explore the boundaries of the reality, fiction and the possibility of creating fake memories.
Through personal stories and a mechanical device, the piece narrates tales from parallel realities that I could have experienced, inviting to rethink the concept of self-portrait in our present era.
